How to order

To see a summary of your order click "basket".

Providing correct details

It is important you provide the correct payment and delivery details.

Incorrect card details, miscalculated totals when faxing or emailing or even an address with the wrong postcode may cause delay in your order. Should this occur then your order will become Defect Status. To protect your interests, we follow a strict procedure that includes three timed calls to you requesting the correct information. The first of these calls will take place on the nearest working day to receiving your order.
